All of our products are made by hand, with each individual crystal carefully placed using a special adhesive that is made to last. Our company is a family business that was founded in 2003. Since that time, our retail website has expanded and now our products are available in cell phone stores and boutiques all over the country.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Due to the fact that all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns. Please be certain of the make, model number,crystal colors, desgin, etc.. of your faceplate before placing an order. If your order arrives damage, you must notify us within 48 hrs for replacement. In addition, Lets Crystal It, Inc. is not responsible for improper installation. Most of our faceplates just snap right over your phone, but if you are unsure how to install your new faceplate, we suggest that you bring it to your local cell phone store. Due to the fact that all products are custom made, once an order is placed and processed, an order can not be canceled. We pride ourselves in offering only the highest quality merchandise and our customer satisfaction is very important to us. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.95 for USA Orders, $9.95 for Canada orders. Rates vary for International Orders outside USa & Canada.
4. Do the crystals stay on?
Yes. We have a customized bonding process that insures maximum hold. Each crystal is handset with the highest quality adhesive. However, over time and use, a crystal may fall off. Although this happens infrequently, we include extra crystals with each fully crystallized custom faceplate that can be attached with any clear drying glue.(Extra crystals will not be included with products under $49.95) In addition, we offer 6 months warranty for any crystals that come off.
5. How do I know you use genuine Swarovski Crystals?
We buy our crystals directly from an authorized Swarovski distributor. Furthermore, our products have been tested from Swarovski and we have their "seal of approval". Please check our ID # on the "Crystallized With Swarovski" logo.
6. Can I change the colors of the designs or add another color to my product?
Yes, when ordering please include what colors and any descriptions of what you want in the comment box on product pages. If you want a different design or color that we offer, please email us and we can accommodate all requests!
7. What is your privacy policy?
